I’ll be attending the Killer Nashville writers conference this year August 23-26. This will be my second year. Jeffery Deaver will be there this year. I’m looking forward to meeting with agents, publishers, and my fellow writers. If you’re interested in attending, click on the link below.

Depending on how quickly my latest crime thriller, The Silencer, is published, I may be able to enter it into several award categories. If not, I still look forward to the award dinner.

If you’re a write and you’re looking to find a publisher or agent, writers conferences provide lots of opportunity. There will be breakout sessions where you, the writer gets to pitch your book to an agent and have them provide a critique. How cool is that! Even if you don’t get a contract, the agents will provide feedback.

One of my favorite things about the conference last year was the workshops and panels. The hardest thing was trying to pick which panels to attend because there were so many to choose from. I made so many new friends last year and I’m looking to make new ones.

If you are a published author, they have book signings every day.

Hope to see you there.
